Kick off meeting for Techedge
For Techedge we organised a kick-off meeting in two stages, in Rome and Milan. From a range of multiple available venues, we chose a facility with a distinctly modern vibe, perfectly in line with the company's ideals and suitable for hosting the 500 expected attendees. We also took care of the evening's entertainment, playing with high-impact visual effects using robots, confetti cannons and laser lights.
Jo Malone Christmas Event
We organised an imperial table lunch for 20 journalists, followed by a programme of artistic entertainment including an aerial dance show and an acrobatic dance show. The event was Christmas-themed with a circus twist, as it is traditional to take children to the circus for Christmas in London. Consequently, all the décor, furnishings and staff were aligned with the theme.

As event planners, we strive to make every event perfect, paying attention to every detail. For TXT Group, we organised a corporate Christmas party with a 1920s theme inspired by 'The Greatest Showman'. The venue was decorated with art deco furniture, and we also set up card tables, a cigar and whisky area, and hired a swing band to liven up the evening.
We also specialise in corporate dinners and parties for international clients such as Philip Morris International. For their global marketing team, we organised a gala dinner in a historic Milan palace, enhancing the charm of the venue through the clever use of lighting and floral decorations. The menu featured typical Milanese dishes and the whole dinner was complemented by a live music show.
One of the most important events in our portfolio was the suppliers' day for CBRE, a leading real estate consulting company. We chose a post-industrial venue fit for 300 people, equipped for exhibitions and networking, and with a high quality catering service.
For Jolanda De Colò, a well-known brand of supplies for award-winning restaurants, we organised the brand's first exhibition in Milan. The venue hosted exhibitors and masterclasses by international chefs, with a set-up that combined efficiency and elegance, supported by striking equipment and graphics.
