Chem Trend, a multinational company leader in chemical agents for the industry sector, asked for a playful and fun team building, which for many can remember their childhood: Games Without Borders! A great classic that never disappoints.
Smart Eventi proposal
The location chosen from among the various proposals was a modern sports field in the Pero area, near the hotel where guests from various parts of the world stayed and met in person after a long time away due to the Covid19 pandemic. The need was to strengthen ties between colleagues and improve team spirit in an atmosphere of play and fun. We privatized an area for them, complete with sanitized changing rooms, a football pitch and a possible covered pitch in case the weather was bad. But luck gave us a wonderful sunny day and the teams challenged each other in various activities at different degrees of difficulty. The tests differed from physical activities, but also from logic and communication such as: our human snake, blind game, enigma corner and the hilarious human table football! The team that obtained the highest score among the various challenges was rewarded with customized cups created for the occasion.
Results
The client's goal was achieved and through our Games Without Borders team building we were able to strengthen the team spirit and improve the extra-working relationships between colleagues.
