Streaming and physical event for Insula delle Rose

Customer Request
The client Insula delle Rose, a brand of refined bathroom furnishings with a showroom in Milan, asked us to rent a location for a physical and streaming event, entitled “The bathroom, design or utility? How to reconcile the world of beauty and the usable ”. The meeting was intendend primarily for architects who obtained training credits.
Smart Eventi proposal
We proposed a location that was suitable to host the event, the Liberty Room of the Circolo Filologico of Milan, with a wooden floor and finely decorated glass ceilings. The customer took care of the catering. The moderator of the event was Oscar G.Colli and there were interventions held by great experts from the design world such as Any Pansera, Lorenzo Damiani, Alessio Pinto and Cristina Mandrini.
Results
The goal of presenting the event in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere has been fully achieved, thanks to meticulous planning. Smart Eventi succeeded in proposing a location that could involve a large number of people and that perfectly suited the needs of the customer and the circumstances.
