An event to bring Korean culture to Italy: K CONTENT PLANET
The client asked Smart Eventi and to our marketing division Guru Marketing for a mjor Event to bring Korean culture to Milan. They required the complete management of a free exhibition event open to the public for several days. Among the services they required were communication, bureaucratic management for the use of public spaces, and overall permits.

K-Pop and beyond: Milan embraces Korean culture during 10-Day “K-Content Planet 2024" Event
A whirlwind of Korean culture swept through Milan from 10 to 19 July thanks to the 'K-Content Planet 2024' event, organised by Guru Marketing and Smart Eventi. The magnificent venue chosen for the occasion became a hub for K-pop, K-drama and Korean food fans from all over Italy.
For ten days, participants experienced breathtaking performances, interactive workshops and unforgettable moments. The event engaged K-enthusiasts across whole city: enthusiastic promoters spread the excitement in the streets, while a branded tram ran through Milan, inviting the public to experience Korean culture.
One of the highlights was K-Content Planet's participation in the concert of the band Stray Kids during I-Days in front of 65,000 fans. Thanks to our ten promoters and effective communication, we offered fans a unique opportunity to experience K-culture.

K-Content Planet 2024 attracted 12,000 visitors. Smart Eventi and Guru Marketing created a free event to celebrate the cultural bridge between Italy and Korea. It was actually a multitude of events, successfully coordinated, which opened the field to new collaborations.
