Our customer Smashbox, from Estée Lauder group, in occasion of a two-day meeting in Venice contacted Smart Eventi to organise a special entertainment during the central evening of the company event.
Smart Eventi proposal
We realised a really unique entertainment, of a typical Venetian taste, organising a masquerade company dinner set in the XVIII century in Venice.
The guests, who wore typical clothes of that age, went back in time in a beautiful location situated in the historical centre of the city.
It is an ancient palace dating back to the XV century, inside which it is possible to live again the splendour of the moment of maximum glory of this amazing city.
We contacted an atelier which is specialised in renting typical costumes of the XVIII century in Venice and a team of costumers and makeup artists to make the event really unique. They put makeup on the guests and dressed them up at the hotel where they stayed.
After a suggestive evening walk around the city, we accompanied the colourful group of dames and knights at the location of the dinner, where they have been greeted with a welcome cocktail in the yard.
Then they moved in the celebration room, decorated in XVIII century style, in which dinner has been served on the imperial desk laden with food for the occasion.
After dinner the guests were taken back to modernity by the open bar accompanied by dj set to conclude the evening in the best way.
They used the gondolas to go back to the hotel, to perfectly identify with local habits.
Results
During the event we managed to take the guest back to the past, among dames and knights, hairpieces and masks, brocade and jewels, in the romantic Venice of the XVIII century.
