AlfaDocs wanted to celebrate their tenth anniversary with a two-day corporate event experience, involving all employees in an unforgettable experience. The company was looking for an elegant and versatile event venue that could accommodate a comprehensive programme: a served lunch, meeting sessions, a buffet dinner accompanied by an open bar and DJ set, professional photography service and, for the second day, a Paint Company Team Building activity carefully organised by the specialised team.

The loft features all the cutting-edge technical equipment and necessary spaces to ensure the perfect execution of every phase of the celebration. Our proposal integrated excellent catering services, complete technical support for meetings, professional DJ set entertainment, photographic documentation of the event and the innovative Paint Company Team Building activity, enhanced by video production to immortalise this creative and engaging experience. This activity is designed to stimulate creativity and it encourages members to identify and frame the company’s core values.
