Voyage Privé, the first online private sales club dedicated to luxury tourism, asked us to organise a two-day event to wonder the employees.

Therefore Smart Eventi used its creativity and deal of initiative to organise a really unforgettable incentive!
A transfer kidnapped the employees from Milan to take them to Jesolo, where a Venetian Galleon with a pirate crew was waiting for them. While the galleon was sailing across the lagoon to land in Venice, the participants enjoyed a seafood dinner.
The disembark in San Marco Square on such a galleon and the charm of Venice by night has been a really unique experience for the participants.
They could chill in the intimate atmosphere created by the calm water of the lagoon and by the candles on the terrace of one of the most important palaces of the city, from the historical-artistic point of view, and then they went back on the galleon to continue the night on the songs of the pirate dj.
The young employees just needed a few hours to rest in a luxury hotel inside an ancient building, directly selected by Voyage Privé, and then they were ready to face the second day during which they challenge themselves in a Rafting Team Building on the river Brenta.
After the hard rapids and dizzying dives into emerald puddles they conquered a grilled meat barbecue with a local cuisine discovery: the grilled polenta, a really special recipe!
