Quattroruote Professional sought an immersive and relevant team building experience to serve as the centerpiece of their annual function, which is the most important internal event the company hosts during the year, embracing the collective energy of their 180 employees from all over Italy.

The proposed activities, diverse in nature, were sifted to identify the one that best complemented the event’s mantra, “Build your future”, and Quattroruote Professional's operations. The final choice involved teams competing to build cardboard automobiles, making for an exciting, collaborative, and enjoyable experience. The activity is a variation on other formats we have perfected in the past, and it was adapted to fit Quattroruote’s brand values and internal communication style.
