Xiaomi looked to step away from the daily grind in bustling Milan and sought an all-day event out of town. They also wanted to engage their employees with a fun-packed team-building activity, to improve teamwork and strengthen internal relationships. They tasked us with finding the perfect location for such an event and with designing a bespoke activity for their Milan-based employees.

From Milan's hustle and bustle to the delightful serenity of Arona, a lovely town overlooking Lake Maggiore, Xiaomi's adventurous day started at a charming lakeside hotel. Mesmerizing Lake views accompanied a delightful lunch. Teams later plunged into 'Arona's Treasure Hunt', exploring the charismatic town through our carefully designed treasure hunt cues. In order to win, team not only had to move from one place to another: they also had to learn information about their surroundings and deploy both their knowledge and their strategic abilities. The winning team was then awarded prizes and, afterwards, everyone gathered on the hotel’s terrace for a delightful aperitivo.
