The client PPM Industries required our support for the organisation of their business travel.
Smart Eventi proposal
We decided to organise PPM Industries' business trip: from the destination to the hotel's choice.
Concerning the destination we chose an amazing location situated in Franciacorta and the guests stayed in a 4-star hotel surrounded by nature which had a structured congress centre.
In the luxury hotel the working sessions, the restorative services in the terrace and the guests' overnight staying took place.
After the meeting day we've organised a guided tour in a famous local cellar, with a final tasting of 2 labels in an exclusive room.
We've organised the dinner in an exclusive local restaurant to continue the wine experience, during which we've entertained the guests with a wine tasting team building.
The activity of the following day has been the Carton Boat in the shadow of a park on the Iseo Lake where the final competition took place.
This kind of team building consists in the construction of carton boat from the teams, which then challenge in the boats they realised.
Results
The guests found the team building activities amusing and involving.
Moreover they appreciated a lot the beauty of the location that they chose as destination.
