Revents agency contacted us to organize original afternoon activities to do during a two-day incentive trip in Rome for a client company.
Smart Eventi proposal
We proposed an original team building in collaboration with Revents agency for the first day and an inevitable Colosseum tour for the second one.
Concerning the team building activity we chose a treasure hunt, which we studied in detail personalizing each trial with topics about the history and culture of Rome.
The aim was to make the participants live the city through this recreational activity, which pushed each team to give its best to find the desired treasure.
The fact that in some stops the teams found characters from the ancient Rome and ancient maps made it even more special!
We organized a theme party on the Tevere shore to conclude the day in the best way, during which the participants showed clothes of the ancient Rome and the best team was rewarded, the one which gained the highest score in the trials during the day.
The following day was dedicated to a more classical visit of the Colosseum, which managed to surprise the participants anyway: in fact they had the possibility of visiting an area which isn't always accessible and which left them without words.
Results
The trip went on in the best way involving all the participants in amusing and committing activities, which left a magic memory of the experience they lived in the capital.
