Altachiara company asked us to organise an exclusive incentive trip for store managers, supervisors, and McDonald’s headquarters staff, totalling up to around 20 participants. The goal was to create an unforgettable experience combining team-building activities, immersive adventures, and the authentic charm of the region. The trip had to strike the perfect balance between adventure, relaxation, and cultural discovery, strengthening professional bonds in a unique and inspiring setting.

Incentive trip to Catania: Nature, Team Building and Relaxation

After carefully evaluating the best Italian destinations, the client settled on Catania, a city offering the perfect blend of breathtaking landscapes, rich culinary traditions, and engaging activities. The trip was designed to provide participants with an authentic and dynamic experience, balancing adventure, discovery, and relaxation.

The event began with a traditional seafood lunch at a local restaurant, where participants were able to experience the island’s exquisite flavours. The afternoon was dedicated to an exhilarating quad adventure on Mount Etna, where teams explored extinct craters and centuries-old forests, guided by experts who shared the volcano’s fascinating history. The day ended with a beachfront alfresco dinner, providing a perfect setting for meaningful conversations in a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere.

The second day opened with a traditional Sicilian breakfast featuring granita and brioche at a historic pastry shop in Piazza Duomo. This was followed by a private boat tour along Sicily’s stunning coastline, with a chance to dive into crystal-clear waters. The incentive trip continued with a beachside team-building activity: “Games Without Borders,” a series of fun and competitive challenges that reinforced teamwork and camaraderie. The journey ended with a refined seaside lunch at an exclusive lido before heading back to the airport.
