The Customer's Request
We were contacted by the Stim Tech Group company on the occasion of the first Future Workplace Week, to support them in the design and inauguration of a hub, which would convey the concept of "revolution" of the current workplace.
The company provides solutions and services in the field of digital collaboration and transformation, creating value for customers through the use of innovative technologies, entering fully into the context of this project born in America with the desire to experiment with fluid workspaces and the short week concept.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Considering the concept of the event, we decided to propose a neutral and modern space. A container that was installed in piazza xxv Aprile Milan. A simple structure that fully represented the essentiality of the office of tomorrow with all the necessary comforts, such as a smart desk, and biometric authentication tools.
We have also supported our client in fulfilling the paperwork necessary for this type of event.
Achieved results
The organization was notably challenging because we had to design a set-up starting with the supporting structure.
The idea of the container was appreciated, both because it fits perfectly into the concept of the fluidity of the working space, and because, being a neutral space, it allowed the meeting between different types of works.
We have also received positive feedback from our client regarding the management of the bureaucratic details and permits and the construction and installation of the structure.
