CBRE contacted Smart Event to organize an incentive event for their employees to experience two stimulating and energizing days away from the usual work routine.

We have organized a rich program of activities and experiences in Franciacorta for our trusted client CBRE.

We have selected for them a fantastic Relais nestled in the soft hills of Franciacorta. Upon arrival, lunch was served and then the early afternoon was dedicated to a meeting lasting a few hours in one of the rooms of the relais, very bright with a terrace for coffee breaks, a wooden ceiling and a fireplace - it offers a welcoming atmosphere.

We then organized an exclusive visit to a small niche winery, managed entirely by a family: they accompanied us on the tour of the cellar with an explanation in which they transmitted to us the passion for their work, starting from the creation of the classic method up to that of their cellar and their productions to finish with the demonstration of how to taste Franciacorta with a first glass tasted in the cellar and another one during dinner in one of their splendid rooms of the structure.

After a rejuvenating sleep in the silence of the countryside, it's the turn of the team building activity: a treasure hunt with an iPad in Monte Isola (a small islet in the middle of Lake Iseo). We reached the island with a private boat and the tests took place among the small villages of the island, as a means of transport: electric bikes.

At the end of the activity, a lunch in a dream location, with a breathtaking view of the lake.

Results

The customer was very satisfied with the organization of the trip and all the organized activities, which saw its results in strengthening the team spirit and in the moments of relaxation experienced by the participants.
