Grohe, among the most important European companies offering complete bathroom solutions and kitchen systems internationally, turned to Smart Events to develop a marketing strategy to support its new product unveiling campaign. The goal? To attract new potential customers with direct, innovative and creative communication.

Promotional truck, engagement activities and branded gadgets
Attracting the attention of new customers and expanding their contact portfolio is crucial for any commercial brand, and that’s why we’ve deployed our special Guru Marketing unit. For Grohe we aimed at a strategy that could be as widespread as possible, with a promotional tour that touched the most important Italian cities. A series of activities of playful-sporting engagement involved the major squares of our country, using a multitasking branded truck customized for the occasion: in addition to being used as a transport for the team’s movements, it was designed to turn into a traveling show-room. In just one month we crossed Italy from North to South, from Turin to Palermo. In every location, very close to the truck, we set up game stations and organized time challenges. An important tool to entertain participants with the distribution of customized gadgets, and, at the same time, a concrete possibility for promoters to involve the people present, greatly increasing visits and purchases within the show-room. In every step of the tour customers and passers-by, in fact, had the opportunity to discover and touch live the best products of Grohe, asking questions directly to the experts of the company and getting immediate and comprehensive answers.
