CBRE, the world's biggest society of real estate consulting, contacted Smart Eventi to organize the Suppliers Day event.

We organized the Suppliers Day event for our customer CBRE, handling all the details.
We proposed a wide location, perfect to host the high number of guests, more or less 300. It is a charming post-industrial facility characterized by red bricks, iron bars and industrial shed which are masterfully blended with architectural design elements and glass elevator and lighting trusses thus creating a suggestive atmosphere.
We've set the expo area where all the suppliers' stands were situated and the networking area, with posts which allowed the participants to sit to talk.
During the event there were presentations with the intervention of special guests, like a rowing Olympic champion, and to conclude the awarding of the best supplier for three different categories took place.
We also managed the catering, with a fix point in the loft, the photo-video service (with polaroids with CBRE logo) and the final beer produced by the dispensing system.
Results
The customer was very satisfied of the peculiar location, which was perfect to organise such a big event.
Moreover he appreciated a lot the attention we paid in handling every detail of the organisation with care.
