A prestigious venue to celebrate excellence. The Italian Pharmaceutical Association contracted us to organise a special evening for the annual ceremony, in which the most deserving professionals in the field are awarded celebratory medals. We were asked to source a suitable venue for 150-200 guests, start off the evening with a welcome drink and then delight all attendees with a refined and tasty gala dinner.

After careful consideration, the client settled on a splendid 5-star hotel in the Lotto district, in Milan: it had everything this event required, as it was elegant, sophisticated, with spacious event rooms, perfect for hosting both the dinner and the opening cocktail reception. During the sumptuous gala dinner, between courses, the president of the Association called up the award-winning pharmacists, in an exciting succession of speeches and acknowledgements. To make the evening unforgettable, we took care of every detail, from the lighting to the floral arrangement, from the mics and audio service to the photo shoot.
