On of our loyal clients - the Professional Association of Chemists of the Monza e Brianza region - requested a unique location for their annual medal-awarding ceremony. Additionally, they sought assistance in organising the gala lunch, decor, tech set-up for the award itself, and coordinating the personnel, like photographers and hostesses.

We curated an outstanding event for our client, at an enchanting venue just outside Milan, surrounded by a lush park. The venue was beautifully decorated, enhanced by atmospheric lighting and featuring tables elegantly set for a gala lunch. Every detail was considered, from tailor-made menus to enchanting floral arrangements – delightful flower sushi that served as unique souvenir for attendees. The event commenced with a charming cocktail reception in a covered outdoor area and an adjacent garden, taking advantage of the splendid weather. We expertly managed all technical requirements, including the award ceremony itself, and provided an adept event team, encompassing photographers, hostesses, and parking attendants. It was a truly memorable gathering that paid tribute to the association's achievements with grace.
