Intensive21 desired an event that would captivate their clients, within a visually appealing setup. They envisioned a transformation of the event space into an inviting and engaging environment, incorporating vibrant colours, eye-catching décor, and thoughtful arrangements. This carefully curated ambiance would complement the event's theme and enhance the overall experience for all attendees.

A branded space

We handled every aspect of the organisation, from scouting the location to providing catering. We branded the space with the client's graphics, designed floral arrangements in their signature orange colour, and sourced the event's suppliers, including hostesses, entertainment for the clients’ children, and a photographer. The day was divided into two parts. The first part took place on the ground floor, where we set up a customised desk with the client's logos. Hostesses distributed gifts, and Natalia of Intensive21 led an exercise class. The second part took place on the terrace. We decorated the space with a photo backdrop and the client's logos. Guests enjoyed a healthy lunch, after which singer Pago performed live. He also provided background music as guests took photos in front of the branded backdrop.
