Engel & Volkers, a loyal customer of Smart Eventi, contacted us to support them again in organizing the most important corporate event of the year, a convention for 130 people in preparation for the new year.

High-level location and personalization of spaces
Given the refinement requested by the client, we have proposed an exclusive location in the Tortona area. A hotel designed to satisfy guests with the most refined and demanding tastes, an expression of excellence and creativity. Here, we managed to set up the various rooms used for the meeting and the gala dinner, giving different identities based on the functions and, subsequently, organizing the space for the DJ set and the open bar service.
We set up a backdrop for the photos, provided technical service for audio and lights, and collaborated with the internal catering of the structure for the proposal of a menu in line with the sophisticated style of the event.
