The German tourism agency Germany Travel turned to us for the organization of an innovative conference characterized by a dominant digital component, including a social moment dedicated to networking.
The company has been working to promote Germany as a travel destination for over 60 years, trying to communicate the charm of their country, and, this year, they wanted to create an immersive event on the digital transformation of recent times.
The Smart Eventi proposal
High tech location and final aperitif
What we needed was a location in line with the request both from a structural point of view and from that of the services and tools available. Located next to the Milan Cathedral, the proposed space stands out for the availability of impressive audiovisual technologies and the digital environment recreated inside. A showroom equipped with a video wall, digital mirrors, and finally, a ledwall that crosses the two floors of the location vertically.
At the end of the event, the aperitif, for which we relied on one of our trusted catering companies, was particularly appreciated.

The customer was fully satisfied for the coordination of suppliers and our ability to manage the sudden addition of guests, so decided to immediately commissioned another event for the following week.
