ABB, an esteemed client, had requested a team building exercise. This was intended for their international team, who were to convene at their office in Dalmine, Lombardy. The request was specific to the location and open to our proposals in terms of team building activities.

Initially, we had planned a superhero-themed treasure hunt in Bergamo Alta, using iPads. However, the weather was not on our side. Anticipating the poor forecast, we swiftly transitioned to an indoor team building activity. We proposed a murder mystery dinner, featuring professional actors. The plot involved characters from around the globe, mirroring the diversity of our participants. The team responded positively, and our presenter skilfully selected those best suited to perform. Each table worked hard to solve the case, with one coming close. Awards were given for best actor, actress, and group scene, among others. It was an excellent display of adaptability, as we had to resort to a "plan B"
Achived results
A successful "plan B"
Despite being a last-minute back-up plan, the event was a resounding success. We met the client's objectives even though the rainy weather made our original plan unfeasible. We managed to quickly find and organise an alternative activity that was appreciated by all, entertained the participants, and was executed with utmost professionalism.
