Our client, IAD Italia, approached us with a comprehensive request to organise a major internal meeting with their agents. They needed support in various aspects, including venue scouting, creating a captivating concept for the overall event, coming up with the event slogan, providing graphics, visuals, and content layout. Additionally, they required audio, video, and lighting technical services, as well as event direction and interactive content proposals. Our services also encompassed catering, and supplying personnel such as hostesses, photographers, and videographers. To keep the energy high, we arranged for a motivational speaker and a live band. Lastly, we facilitated an ice-breaking moment and prepared gift bags for all participants.

Detailed planning and execution of all key aspects for a convention

At Smart Eventi, we believe that successful events require a holistic approach to creative planning and execution. For IAD Italia's event, we provided a comprehensive suite of services, ranging from location scouting to entertainment. Our Guru Marketing unit fashioned dazzling graphics like totems, backdrops, slides, and gadgets, all working together to convey the client's branding and vision. We also curated a motivational speaker in line with the theme of the event, "Born to Fly," which we also came up with. We engaged the audience during the introductory meeting with a comedian who played an interactive quiz with them as an icebreaker. The cherry on top was a live band consisting of four talented musicians who entertained guests to their hearts' content in the evening. Throughout the day, we offered practical refreshments, including a welcome breakfast, two coffee breaks, and a hearty lunch. As a parting gift for the attendees, we designed and decorated IAD branded souvenirs. With our unmatched expertise and invaluable insights, we gave IAD Italia a memorable event that exceeded their expectations.
