The client request
A sustainable event in an unforgettable location
The first edition of Re Focus, CBRE GWS's sustainability event, was a triumph. Held in 2023 at the Feltrinelli Foundation in Milan, it won us the client’s confidence and trust for a second event. We were therefore tasked with finding a new venue and prominent speakers to further elevate the quality and impact of the whole event.

Expert moderators and a central venue
Organising a high-profile event requires a suitable venue. In collaboration with CBRE, we evaluated the best options in Milan, selecting a central and functional space ideal for attendees. We curated the entire day, from refreshments to networking moments, aiming to create valuable opportunities for guests. We also suggested influential speakers to enrich the dialogue and debate. On our recommendation, CBRE chose Tonia Cartolano as moderator. Her experience as a journalist and sustainability expert ensured that the event was skillfully conducted, enhancing the sustainably managed location chosen for the occasion and the contributions of all participants. As keynote speaker, the client opted for former tennis player Filippo Volandri, known for his commitment to environmental issues.
