Planning an incentive trip for departments in Milan and Rome

BIP's Cyber Sec department, a multinational consultancy company, reached out to Smart Eventi once again for their expertise. They needed an incentive trip for their 230 employees that would be easily accessible from both their Milan and Rome offices. The location had to provide ample space for meetings and workshops. Furthermore, BIP requested a sports-based team building activity to foster team bonding among their remote-working employees.

We organised an unforgettable incentive trip to the stunning coastal region of Tuscany. Set in a luxurious 4-star resort, our chosen location provided the perfect backdrop for an immersive and engaging experience. The agenda was carefully crafted to ensure a seamless flow of events and maximum participation from all attendees. Following the arrival of the senior managers' group, we kicked off the program with energising breakfast meetings and a delightful lunch. The highlight of the afternoon was the "Jeux sans frontières" team building activity, where teams competed in various sports within the resort's expansive sports area. The winning team was rewarded with exclusive travel packages by "Smartbox," adding an extra touch of excitement. After a delectable buffet dinner, participants danced and rejoiced at the lively outdoor after-dinner party by the pool, complete with pulsating music and mesmerising lights. The following day commenced with breakfast and a business workshop, where groups were led by the department's senior managers through a series of interactive stations set up in a picturesque open-air green area. The event concluded on a high note with a satisfying buffet lunch, leaving participants with wonderful memories and stronger team bonds.
