The end of the company trip company is a long-awaited moment that Generali, international leader in the insurance field, wanted once again us at Smart Eventi to organize at its best. The request was to spend 2 days outside Milan in the name of cohesion, fun and relaxation, with team building activities and special experiences designed specifically for high-level guests.

An incentive trip with 5-star services in Franciacorta
A magnificent landscape full of greenery, rich in high-end accommodation facilities and just a bit over 1 hour away from Milan? We immediately thought of Franciacorta, a fascinating location throughout all the year, proposing to Generali a program of luxury and teamwork. We look after every detail of the weekend with great attention: overnight in a 5-star hotel with spa, visits to the most prestigious wine cellars in the area, starred dinner with dedicated menu, dancing evening in a nearby club. For the part of team building we wanted to aim for originality with a new format focused on the creative assembly of ice sculptures, an experience that follows a particular method that improves the collaboration of the group, in particular strengthening the leadership, the planning vision and the coordination between participants.
Appreciation for the creativity and detailed organization of the event
The 2 days full of experiences, regenerating and pleasant, but also challenging and competitive, have fully satisfied the colleagues of the Generali department who joined the incentive trip. The innovative team building activity was particularly appreciated, both for its originality and for the symbolic message regarding the importance of cohesion and group vision.
