Organize a team building to increase collaboration between employees
Saint-Gobain is a French industrial group that conceives, produces, and distributes building materials for the construction of more energy-efficient buildings, to reduce consumption and polluting emissions.
We were contacted by the Assistant Management and Internal Communication asking us to organize a team-building activity for a Unit of 50 employees at the new Italian headquarters inaugurated in 2021 in Milan.
Specifically, we were asked to find the right activity that could create an "experiential" and aggregative moment, to be carried out during the working day and which would allow you to work on your team spirit and collaboration through an engaging activity.

The mystery room: a team building where logic and intellect are the basis of collaboration
Considering the customer's request we decided to propose one of our most famous team building, the Mystery Room. An activity that was born by reworking the concept of the Escape Room, asking participants to bring logical and intuitive skills into play, and stimulating collaboration to achieve the final goal: get out of the room!
The participants, divided into teams, were locked in a room made available for the event. Here, our collaborators have set up 9 workstations, with 9 cabinets.
Each cabinet has drawers closed with a padlock, which through puzzles, enigmas, and riddles must be opened to get the key that will allow the team who will be the first to solve all the puzzles to leave the room.
The additional difficulty is also given by the scrolling of the clock's hands cause the solutions must be found at maximum in 2 hours.

Successful team building and satisfied customer
The goal was to stimulate team collaboration using mind, intuition, and logic. The participants completed the activity and the satisfied customer found an environment of positive participation in the proposed team building.
