Saint Gobain commissioned us to organise a team building activity at an elegant Agriturismo. After a delightful “aperitivo”, we were to organise a "Cocktail Challenge": an exciting team building activity meant to test skills and creativity, and strengthen team spirit.

Our Cocktail Challenge format won the client over over from the get go. After dividing the participants into groups and providing them with the necessary tools and ingredients, we challenged them to recreate a cocktail prepared by our expert bartender. It was an engaging activity that tested their mixology skills and creativity. Next, we made the challenge even more stimulating: each team had to come up with a new cocktail from scratch and decorate it in an original and creative way. Moreover, the cocktail should somehow reflect and embody the company's identity. This mixing competition brought the participants together, increasing team spirit and problem solving. The perfect mix of cooperation, healthy competition and fun made our Cocktail Challenge an unforgettable and appreciated experience.
