A Day of Solidarity and Creativity: Innovative Team Building Near Milan
Smart Eventi planned a unique team building experience near Milan, in a facility that combines tradition and innovation. The day started with a warm welcome coffee, perfect for socialising and preparing for the "Bike for Children" workshop, a charity initiative that challenges participants to build bicycles to donate to children in need, promoting solidarity and social commitment. Lunch, prepared with fresh farm-to-table ingredients, was served in the farm restaurant for an authentic culinary experience. In the afternoon, after a relaxing time in the garden, the participants attended the 'Kokedama Workshop', a fascinating activity combining nature and creativity, allowing each team member to create a traditional Christmas kokedama, a tangible symbol of the shared experience.

A complete success
The participants were very enthusiastic about the activities we organised, which were deemed original, fun, engaging and unusual. It is important, at a time like Christmas, to focus on activities that help people connect with each other, cultivating feelings of solidarity, but also experiencing the joys of conviviality. The lunch was also much appreciated, for the cosy ambience and the quality of the menu.
