An informal Christmas celebration for Veolia WTS
Veolia WTS requested full support for the organisation of its corporate Christmas party, with a clear focus on atmosphere and flexibility. The brief called for a high quality venue for corporate events with strong visual appeal, able to host music and entertainment without strict technical or timing constraints. We needed to create an informal, relaxed setting where people could enjoy themselves, move freely and genuinely connect.

Sustainability as a practical choice
The proposal was built around a simple idea. Lower impact, same energy. A venue located within a sustainably designed and certified building was selected, offering a space that felt contemporary, flexible and already technically equipped. The setting was enhanced with a warm yet understated Christmas décor, a buffet catering format designed for ease and flow, and an open bar that kept the evening moving naturally. By choosing a venue already fitted with technical infrastructure and furnishings, the project came together quickly, optimising resources, timelines and sustainable corporate event management.

The event successfully met all objectives. The sustainable approach helped keep CO2 emissions low, while the informal setup encouraged genuine interaction and enjoyment throughout the evening. Just as important, the entire event was delivered within a month, made possible by a well equipped venue that ensured operational ease and a seamless experience.
