We were asked to craft an unforgettable Italian-themed team building adventure for around 45 senior stakeholders hailing from across Europe and the Middle East. The goal? To wrap up a rigorous day of business meetings with an experience that seamlessly blends relaxation, fun, camaraderie, and the rich tapestry of Italian culture into one perfect evening. Transporting, engaging, and utterly delightful - a true celebration of Italian warmth and the magic of coming together.

For the KPMG team, we crafted an enchanting team cooking event infused with the rich flavours and culture of Italy. Welcoming each guest, we offered delightful snacks and effervescent prosecco, setting the scene for what was to come. The real adventure began when we invited the team to delve into the art of Italian cooking, organising the participants into four groups, embarking on a culinary journey from appetiser through to dessert. Each step of this gastronomic voyage was marked by bespoke aprons, serving not only as a sign of unity but also as a memento of the occasion. The zenith of this experience was the exclusive dinner, set against the backdrop of a sleek, modern space with an open kitchen accentuating the flavourful creations. It was in this setting that the shared dining experience fostered an unparalleled sense of comradery, transforming simple meals into a vehicle for building stronger connections and unforgettable moments among colleagues.
