Team Building that Makes a Difference: CBRE's Plan
CBRE didn't just want to book a team-building activity, they wanted purpose, meaning, something that would make a difference. We suggested our "Bikes for children" activity, which gets participants engaged in building bicycles that are later donated to children in need. The idea generated immediate enthusiasm and we set out to plan an activity that would combine teamwork with charity, transforming a simple team building session into an unforgettable moment of generosity and shared purpose.

A Team Challenge with a Meaningful Impact
To make the experience truly special, we transformed the company's headquarters into a hands-on creative workshop. Participants first selected bike components from our in-house marketplace, choosing from a variety of colours and features. Then, they engaged in an exciting assembly phase, competing in teams to see who could complete their bike the fastest. To wrap up, each team crafted a personalised message for the children receiving the bicycles, adding a heartfelt touch to the initiative. A dynamic, engaging, and deeply meaningful team-building activity.

The event exceeded all expectations, made even more special by the presence of a representative from the Rava Foundation, the charity chosen for the donation. Their contribution added incredible value, sharing the foundation’s mission and the stories of the children who would receive the bicycles. This moment brought a deeper sense of purpose to the participants, creating a powerful connection between teamwork and positive social impact.
