Green Sun - a Reggio Emilia-based company - sought to arrange their first company-wide retreat, bringing together employees from all over Italy. The plan was to create an exclusive, easily accessible weekend retreat focused on relaxation, teamwork, and fun. They also needed help selecting a location that could be reached easily from anywhere in the Country.

Greensun's company retreat was held in an exclusive luxury farmhouse in the heart of Val d’Orcia. The team enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, a private pool, and a sauna. The event included a visit to Siena, a team cooking competition, and a murder mystery dinner: both team building activities engaged attendees leveraging the unique gastronomic opportunities offered by the Tuscan countryside. The retreat concluded with a guided tour and wine tasting at a local winery. The team had ample opportunity to sample the legendary Tuscan cuisine, including world-renowned delicacies such as white-truffle risotto and the celebrated Fiorentina steak.
