Our loyal client, BIP, had requested the arrangement of a team building event for the 200 employees in their Grandi Utilities team, emphasising teamwork and friendly competition. Additionally, they had specified a preference for a beach location near Rome to conclude the day with a sunset seaside party, with drinks and a and DJ set.

Jeux sans frontières
After evaluating different options, we settled for one of our favourite activities, that would work particularly well on a beach: “Jeux sans frontières”, aka “Games Without Borders” - inspired by the beloved international TV show. The day commenced with a meeting at a luxurious beach club in Fregene, which we chose because it was specifically equipped for hosting large events. This was followed by a buffet lunch, beach team building activities, and culminated with a tasty “aperitivo” - which included a delicious pizza selection - and a DJ set at sunset. The client expressed concerns that the “original” format might be too physical for some of their employees, since their team spans a wide range of ages, so we made sure to include a healthy mix of intellectual challenges, thus allowing everyone to join in safely and enjoy the day.
