We crafted a tailored afternoon event designed to engage this specific group. The goal was to strengthen bonds between colleagues, enhance communication, and foster collaboration within the team - with a particular emphasis on integrating the new members.

Our Video Advert Making experience proved to be an innovative and engaging team-building activity, perfectly aligned with the client's needs. This dynamic event seamlessly blended fun and functionality, addressing themes highly relevant to the business unit.
The experience kicked off in the early afternoon, immersing participants in the captivating world of advertising through an energizing icebreaker. Divided into teams, they then worked on customized tracks to create original commercials. In the second phase, the venue was transformed into a full-fledged film set, with the groups actively engaged in the filming process under the guidance of expert videographers who provided invaluable technical advice.
The pinnacle of the day was the plenary presentation of the commercials produced, where each team was recognized with a special nomination, celebrating the collective creativity and effort invested by all.
