Team Building on a Sailing Boat: An Exclusive Adventure
We proposed organising a truly special team-building day aboard a sailing boat, in partnership with our trusted provider, specialising in sailing trips in Desenzano. The activity was designed to combine learning moments with fun, ensuring that every team member was engaged. Our provider handled the initial briefing, preparing participants with all the necessary information to safely and enjoyably take part in the regatta. The activity included technical exercises in the training room, followed by team divisions for an exciting and challenging sailing experience, finishing with a socialising moment during a cocktail reception upon return. This approach allowed us to meet the main goals of cohesion and collaboration.
