Environmental values and team spirit: Bureau Plattner's challenge
The client wanted to organise a meaningful team building day aimed at strengthening team spirit while raising awareness around environmental responsibility. The goal was to foster connection among colleagues, encourage open dialogue and share important values within a stimulating and natural setting. The experience aimed to build stronger relationships by rediscovering the value of sustainability through concrete and engaging actions.

Collaboration and sustainability: a perfect fit
To meet the client’s goals effectively, we suggested an Environmental Team Building activity in collaboration with Legambiente. Among various options, we presented two hands-on projects: restoring a playground or revitalising a neglected green area in the Parco dei Fontanili in Rho.
Given the size of the group, they chose the second option. This choice provided a rewarding and impactful experience that strengthened team bonds through meaningful, shared work, and left a lasting positive mark on the venue and community.

The activity engaged all participants, surprising them positively and fostering a deep sense of responsibility and team spirit. Divided into groups, they tackled various tasks including weeding, watering, repairing fences, maintaining the vegetable garden and managing the drip irrigation system. The outcome was a tangible and enthusiastic contribution to the local environment, carried out with true cooperation and commitment.
