Bestway Corp chose Smart Eventi to organise a team building activity to strengthen the group's spirit inside the group of employees.
It's a worldwide producer in the large-scale retail and it is specialised in the realisation of products and services that assure fun, but in a safe way.
In fact Bestway is engaged in selling innovative and high quality products for sports and fun and it offers a wide range to satisfy any kind of demand.
One of the most important point of strength is the use of recyclable materials to protect the environment.
We chose to organise a carton boat team building activity, that is a regatta with boats made of carton, projected and built by different teams who then face a water race in the sea, swimming-pool or river.
The weather was favourable because the event was during summertime, the best period to do this kind of outdoor activities with no risk of bad weather.
We chose Lido Cassano Island as a location because we thought it was perfect for its shaded green area, ideal to build the carton boats, and its pool for the water challenge.
To conclude the day in the best possible way, deep in a cheerful atmosphere, we organised an amazing barbecue surrounded by the green grass.
