Even this year we took care of organizing the Christmas team building for the employees of the Hotel Excelsior Gallia in Milan.
Smart Eventi proposal
We organized a "tailor-made" activity for them by adapting the classic Dinner with crime format to a team building activity to be carried out during the employees' lunch break, which we call it Pills of Crimes.
The participants seated at the table, were surprised by the actors who entered the scene and between one course and another they played a perfect crime that took place fictitiously in a Hotel..
Each teams, made up of components of the table, worked hard to solve the case and some of them were involved in the acting becoming actors of the crime itself!
Results
A high-tension team building that involved the participants in an activity in which problem solving and team spirit were essential to identify the culprit.
