Organizing the Educational event of the international team
After the exceptionally positive feedback received in 2019 for the organization of the international team's Educational, Siram Veolia has returned to rely on us to organize the 2022 edition.
Leading company in Europe and the world, in the sector of ecological transformation and the management of the integrated cycle of water and special waste, after three years once again chooses Italy as a meeting place for the event, requesting the same location and organization of the days with different types of team building activities and more.
The Smart Eventi proposal
Organize an incentive trip by alternating meetings with leisure time and team-building activities
We, therefore, took care of the management and organization of the place, located in one of the nerve centers of the city between the shopping streets and the central station of Milan, in synergy with other strategic spots where team building and refreshment activities can be carried out.
We organized the days of meetings and working sessions taking care of the various transfer services.
During the first day, the guests were able to visit the plants of the Bergamo office and then the city via cable car. A team cooking activity awaits them at the end of the visit in a location near the hotel.
Also noteworthy is the gala dinner the following day, organized on the Rooftop of a skyscraper overlooking the skyline of Milan.
Last but not least, the dinner was organized in the heart of the nightlife of Porta Venezia, with not a little success from the guests.

An intensely experienced incentive trip and recognition for the activities organized in detail
The work sessions were carried out in maximum comfort, ensuring the use of all the necessary technical tools; moreover, the free times were managed in the best possible way, giving the possibility of breaks for leisure and entertainment and, also transmitting that typically Italian hospitality that gave all the participants a pleasant memory of the days. The event opening was the key moment, therefore it was necessary to offer an ice braking, and the tram building lent itself perfectly to this role, creating synergy and harmony between the employees.
