After experiencing an amazing incentive in Croatia, our loyal client, Empire Communication, reached out with the brilliant idea of a cruise-based event! Proving to be a game-changer, the concept exceeded expectations. Many cruise ships nowadays offer state-of-the-art meeting spaces and the capacity for numerous participants, so we took advantage of this extremely useful feature.

Rethinking traditional team building formats on cruise spaces
After thorough analysis of multiple cruise lines and potential routes, the appropriate ship and itinerary were decided. The trip set out from Savona, docked at Barcelona and Marseille, and then circled back to Savona, thereby circumventing airfare expenses. Tasks including room booking, securing the meeting room, and organising dynamic team-building activities were promptly taken care of. Despite the spatial constraints that come with being on a ship, we planned one of our most popular team-building activities, our "Games Without Borders”. We were able to adapt it brilliantly to the ship setting. During the Barcelona and Marseille stops, guests enjoyed the liberty to either tour the cities independently or be part of suggested guided tours.
