Customer Request
Aveda, our loyal customer for years, asked us to organize a cocktail party with bloggers and journalists to launch the new line of Nutriplenish products.
Smart Eventi proposal
We proposed an all-glass rooftop as a location with a breathtaking view of the Milanese skyline.
For the setting up of the entire location we had a very specific task: to represent the characteristics of the new product through the furniture.
We thus played with our creativity and transformed the characteristics of a product to the surrounding environment: the natural and organic aspect of the product we recreated with vertical gardens, also composing a completely green 72 to represent the hours of deep hydration that the product is able to guarantee. The main ingredient is the pomegranate, which has not only been positioned in every corner of the location but has also been a predominant element in finger food and cocktails, designed and customized with ad hoc graphics.
We placed Polaroids around the location to capture the moment behind our super green frame.
Finally, the beautiful and talented DJ Catherine Poulain made the event dedicated to the coral world of Aveda even cooler.
Results
The customer was very satisfied with the customization of the location and the event in all its aspects by our team and how we have immersed partecipants in the Aveda's World.
