Multicultural Bridge-Building: International Team Building for Xiaomi
For our loyal client Xiaomi, we embraced the challenge of designing a complete day outside of their Milan office for about 80 employees fromt he Italian division. We were aiming for an immersive team building experience that embraced the diversity of the team, composed equally of Italian and Chinese colleagues. We conducted the entire event in English, creating a perfect communication bridge for this stimulating multicultural adventure.

Experiential Valtellina: A Day as Cheesemakers for the Xiaomi Team
We chose the stunning Valtellina as a natural stage for this experience, as it is just 90 minutes drive from Mila.! Imagine a charming farm estate transformed into a laboratory of human connections. Our guests were welcomed with elegant flûtes, to toast the beginning of this adventure, followed by a lunch that celebrated the territory's gastronomic tradition through the use of local products - from artisanal cured meats to traditional pizzoccheri. We blended culture and fun with a guided tour of the workshops and farms in charge of producing the most characteristic local delicacies and our exclusive 'Cheesemaker's Challenge' - an activity that challenged teams to churn artisanal butter and then decorate it with Christmas elements. This activity fosters organisational skills, healthy and effective task management, and time management too. The experience concluded with a delicious snack, featuring authentic Valtellina specialties.
