From initial ideas to a more suitable solution for Perfetti Van Melle
The enquiry arrived via another Milan event venue that ultimately proved too small to host the expected number of participants. After establishing direct contact with the client, several corporate team building concepts were discussed, including natural soap and candle making, kokedama, and creative upcycling. The activity was scheduled from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm, followed by a shared lunch to conclude the morning.

Operational assessments highlighted a few constraints: participant numbers were too high for soap and candle workshops, sourcing plants for kokedama within the timeframe was unrealistic, and enthusiasm for upcycling was limited. A different approach was therefore proposed. The fragrance creation team building offered an engaging and novel activity that allowed each participant to take home a personalised scent. The selected farmhouse venue in Milan, close to the underground, featured spacious rooms and an on site restaurant, fully compatible with the allocated budget. The agenda unfolded smoothly, from welcome coffee to the olfactory workshop and concluding lunch.
