The client’s request turned out to be an exciting challenge for Smart Eventi. We were to design a truly innovative and sustainable team building experience. The client also wanted to surprise their employees, who had already tried several team building experiences and wanted something new, original and engaging.

Eco-Luxury in Tuscany: Smart Eventi's Groundbreaking Sustainable Corporate Retreat for Liquid Reply
After a thorough research, we suggested a corporate volunteering day in a nature reserve in Tuscany. Smart Eventi managed all the logistical details, from the choice of an eco-friendly resort to transportation, guaranteeing impeccable organisation throughout the experience. Thanks to the collaboration with GECO, our unit specialising in sustainable practices, every detail was taken care of to minimise the environmental impact. The 'Eco Design' team-building activity transformed waste materials collected from the local coastline into works of art, which were then displayed in a gallery during dinner. The event balanced sustainability, local culture and relaxation with visits to renowned wineries and a tour of Bolgheri. A theatrical intervention and an interactive quiz raised participants' awareness of sustainability. The innovative approach and attention to detail made the event memorable and appreciated by the participants. Finally, we also calculated the overall environmental impact of the event in order to plan its offsetting.
