Marangoni’s First team building experience
Marangoni approached us to design their very first corporate team-building experience, aiming to give participants a full day in an outdoor setting. The goal was to encourage teamwork, boost group cohesion, and create an experience that was both engaging and enjoyable—where learning happened organically through interactive activities, leaving participants energised, motivated, and more connected as a team.
Our Proposal
A socially conscious and creative team building
Smart Eventi designed a team-building experience with a social purpose, blending outdoor activities with a meaningful contribution to the community. Participants worked together to assemble wheelchairs for a charitable organisation, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and shared responsibility. The day kicked off with a treasure hunt, introducing a playful sense of competition while keeping engagement high. Overall, the experience brought together energy, teamwork, and social awareness in an inspiring and motivating setting.
