A tailored experience, combining training and tradition
A long-term client approached us to plan a bespoke incentive trip in the mountains, spanning two days and one night, for a group of 17 participants. The goal was to balance work, relaxation and meaningful team building experiences. The brief included hotel booking, detailed programme planning, a structured team-building activity and a traditional dinner at a local restaurant in Val d’Aosta, with a strong focus on an authentic and welcoming alpine setting.

Smart Eventi proposed Courmayeur as the ideal incentive travel destination, presenting a carefully curated selection of hotels aligned with the client’s expectations: traditional alpine character, high-quality hospitality standards, excellent value for money and panoramic views of Mont Blanc. A comprehensive two-day programme was designed, combining business sessions and leisure time. Day one featured arrival, check-in, lunch with an imperial table, a workshop supported by a dedicated meeting space and afternoon refreshments, followed by free time and a traditional local dinner. Day two focused on a team building activity in Val Ferret, with an introductory briefing, navigation challenges and collaborative tasks set within the autumn landscape, concluding with an outdoor lunch.
