An exciting team building day to round off a memorable incentive trip: our project for IDV
To round off an incentive trip to Rome in style, IDV asked us to design a bespoke team building activity, in tune with the client's company values and the theme of the incentive. The experience was to be conducted entirely in English for an international group, took place before a buffet lunch, giving the participants an unforgettable memory of their three days in the Eternal City.

Adrenaline-Fueled Teamwork: an Epic Airsoft Adventure in Rome
Airsoft offers a uniquely engaging team-building experience, blending military strategy and teamwork in an adrenaline-fueled setting. Smart Events organised an unforgettable day on the banks of the Tiber, north of Rome, where three teams competed in various game modes, including deathmatch, attack and defence, and "bomb". Participants had the chance to test their strategic and communication skills, working together to achieve common goals. The use of professional equipment, such as protective masks, ASG rifles, and props, made the experience even more realistic and immersive. Target shooting sessions allowed participants to hone their aiming and concentration skills. At the end of the day, a delightful buffet lunch provided the perfect opportunity to strengthen bonds among participants and foster an atmosphere of camaraderie and collaboration. Smart Events once again proves its ability to organise innovative and engaging corporate events that promote personal and professional growth among participants.
