Marangoni aimed to organise a truly distinctive corporate team building experience: a day spent in nature, away from the usual routine, designed to strengthen connections among colleagues. The goal was clear: to craft a meaningful outdoor moment that reinforced team spirit through engaging activities, bringing the group together in an authentic and memorable way.

Eco Design: where creativity meets sustainability
Our solution was an innovative team building experience centred on environmental sustainability, called Eco Design. The activity combined direct engagement with nature and a tangible social impact. Participants took part in a collaborative challenge: cleaning the surrounding area and transforming collected materials into original design pieces. This approach fostered cooperation, creativity, and ecological awareness, offering a deeply meaningful experience. It struck the perfect balance between genuine enjoyment, environmental responsibility, and team growth, where every action contributed to creating something valuable for both the group and the environment.
