A team experience blending sustainability and conviviality
Team building and cocktail-dinner planning
The Client’s Request
AKAMAS’s goal: a socially driven team building with a convivial touch
AKAMAS reached out because they wanted a unique corporate team building experience, rooted in social impact, not the usual off-the-shelf activity people forget a week later. The brief was to create something with substance, something that felt real rather than staged, and that would resonate beyond the day itself. To close the programme, they envisioned a small social gathering, with drinks and a light dinner, to be held in a private venue for team activities designed for conversation and ease. A setting where the team could slow down, share good food, and spend meaningful time together, strengthening relationships naturally in an atmosphere that felt relaxed, open and genuinely engaging.
Smart Eventi’s Proposal
Kokedama and urban regeneration for a meaningful experience
Following an initial consultation phase, a unique activity was identified that combined creativity with purpose: a Kokedama workshop for corporate teams, teaching the ancient Japanese art of flower arrangement. Immediately well received, the experience allowed participants to engage in an original hands-on activity and to take home a small green keepsake as a post-event gift. To further enhance the social dimension, we chose a venue with a history of urban regeneration projects. The dinner was also arranged within the same venue, giving guests the opportunity to extend the evening with music and self-managed board games in a relaxed atmosphere.
Achieved Results
A successful experience strengthening collaboration
The initiative generated extremely positive feedback: AKAMAS expressed full satisfaction with both the venue and team building activity, acknowledging its originality and alignment with their initial expectations. The experience strengthened the relationship of trust and has already led to a renewed collaboration, with a request to organise their next event.
